This session helps to transform the way your body responds and release old stress or energy. So you can open to being freer and lighter and able to move through life with more ease in your body.

In this session The bodies’ energy centres or chakras are balanced through touch, massage and various techniques you are supported to healthily release and clear away old patterns.
