How should I prepare for my first treatment?

I always say have a open mind and warm heart. 

Ensure your body is clean with good hygiene. Showered or bathed.

No strong perfumes or aftershaves.

Set an intention for how you wish to feel  or you need or wish for.

Be aware of anything emotions feelings sensations that need to release.

By allowing at least 30 to 45 mins after the session to ease into day or evening.

What is the benefit of Massage?

Massage benefits on your body, organs systems, your physiology, your mind and general well-being. Touch can soothe the nervous system and physical tissues.  Transform with touch uses massage to release blocked energy and heal mental and emotional stress also.

What do I need to prepare when you visit me?

Please ensure the space is well heated, so a temperature of 23 - 25 degrees is good for body massage. Body temperature drops a little when laying still, so warmer than average is necessary.
Create an adequate space for the massage table and room to walk around it. 
Reflexology you are clothed so any temperature, but a place you can sit or relax is essential. 
Turn off TVs and put phones on silent.

What should I expect from my first session?

You may be asked basic questions about your health and wellbeing. For example health challenges, previous injuries, accidents, ailments or any medication that you take.  

It is always good to have an intention for what you wish or desire to gain from the session. 
You may need to engage in breathing or relaxation techniques that help your body to be at ease or relax and let go.

Can I visit you? Where are you based?

Currently I am Travelling Practitioner and unusually somewhat nomadic.  So I am moving around the country in different locations.  There is currently no studio base.

What do I need to wear?

You will be asked to undress to your comfort level and as many or as few towels are used for your comfort.  
Reflexology is just access to feet and lower legs.
Lomi lomi all clothes are removed or underwear and a sarong placed over you . Aromatherapy clothes removed to lower underwear a towel to keep parts of you warm.
The most important thing is you feel relaxed and your and whatever your comfort and modesty it is accommodated.

Who do you treat? Are you LGBTQ+ friendly

Open to Women, Men, Trans, identifying as He, She, Her, Him or they or non binary. 

Yes this is a LGBTQ+ friendly service. 

No discrimination or judgement based on your gender or orientation. I am a Woman performing the session.
